About me

SYSTEMS THINKER, EXPLORER, MENTOR

I was born in Addis Ababa, and since my teenage years I've made homes across the United States and Canada. Each move shaped how I think about building community, navigating change, and designing systems where people feel they belong. That perspective drives my work today: I use analytics, systems thinking, and technology strategy to help organizations turn complex people data into insights that make work better for the people doing it.
